Compton Early College achieves National Ranking

I consider myself fortunate to be working at one of the top high schools in California and credit our talented students, our accomplished faculty, engaged parents and a supportive community – all who place a high value on education.. "Our high school benefits from such a strong foundation from pre-K through middle school and we're equally fortunate to have a visionary staff of highly qualified teachers”. 
It all started with just 100 9th graders now we are ranked #53 in the state and #393 nationally. As one of the current and original staff at this school I can say this is probably one of the proudest moments.  Shouts going out!! Early College HS Compton, CA " - Larry Hood​
