Mr. Hood has launched an after school program to help students learn how to compose. This program is currently in operation at Compton Unified School District. This program is the first phase of a non profit program to bring technology programs to underprivileged youth.

Music Production / Music Technology
Students  create beats, make loops and add effects to audio tracks. Faculty guide students through the steps of creating a song. The class lets students focus on making beats, not learning tons of software commands. No knowledge of music notation or theory is required. Prepare to be a musician in the 21st Century. Music Technology prepares students to make audition-ready recordings, improve understanding of music theory through technology-based composition, and utilize multiple programs necessary for musicianship in a tech savvy world. Students must bring their own Laptops/IPads/Device

This class is taught by L.Hood
